Salesforce Developer (Copado Expertise)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Copado release management and CI/CD processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications while managing deployment pipelines and ensuring seamless environment synchronization using Copado.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Build Salesforce Lightning Apps, Components, Controllers, and Events.
• Customize page layouts, search layouts, related lists, custom links, and other UI components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Force.com APIs (SOAP and REST).
• Design and implement new features and enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure high-quality, scalable code.
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
• Provide ongoing production support, including troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues.

Copado & CI/CD Management

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Jenkins.
• Manage and optimize Copado release management processes.
• Handle metadata API-based deployments.
• Manage back promotion and ensure all Salesforce environments remain in sync.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues in Copado and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth, reliable deployments.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on Copado best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and Copado release management.
• Strong expertise in Copado configuration, deployment, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with metadata API-based deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
