Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Vayuz Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Apex and Visualforce. This role will be pivotal in leading backend development and providing continuous support for our I-BAP Mobile App. You'll be responsible for customizing Salesforce, integrating with external systems, managing data, and ensuring our solutions align with business needs while adhering to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development & Support: Lead backend development and provide continuous support for the I-BAP Mobile App, ensuring its stability and functionality.
• Salesforce Customization: Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) to meet specific business requirements.
• API & Integration: Develop and maintain robust APIs and integrate Salesforce seamlessly with various external systems.
• Data Management: Perform efficient data migration, cleansing, and management using tools like Data Loader and other ETL platforms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions that align with business needs.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Troubleshoot and promptly resolve bugs, performance issues, and platform errors to maintain system integrity.
• Security & Performance: Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce security best practices and implement performance optimization techniques across all solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user guides for all developed solutions.
• Agile Participation: Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing to team success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
• Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP, and familiarity with middleware tools.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, sharing rules, and access models.
• Experience with data migration and management tools.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce Developer Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are preferred.
• Comfortable operating in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating mobile backends with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products.
