Salesforce Developer & Technical Designer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer & Technical Designer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will lead technical solutioning, design architecture, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations with a focus on Apex, Lightning Components, and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Design technical architecture using Salesforce best practices for development, security, and integration.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex Classes/Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other related modules.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical design with business goals.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in data migration, environment management, and deployment planning.
• Write technical documentation including design specs, deployment plans, and user guides.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend improvements for platform efficiency and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development and platform architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience in Salesforce configuration including Object Model, Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, Workflows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party integrations, and OAuth authentication.
• Good understanding of Salesforce deployment tools (Ant, Copado, Change Sets, Salesforce CLI).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, sharing and security model, and role hierarchy.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
• Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Exposure to Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Git.
• Experience with Einstein Analytics, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
