Salesforce Developer and Technical Architect

Job Summary:

The Salesforce Developer and Technical Architect is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and architecture of Salesforce solutions. This dual-role combines hands-on development with strategic architectural planning to deliver scalable, high-performing Salesforce applications aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Define and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architecture
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Lead technical design sessions and architectural reviews to ensure solution alignment with best practices
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data models, and architecture diagrams
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and deployment using CI/CD tools
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Evaluate and implement third-party tools, AppExchange apps, and platform updates
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues in Salesforce environments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Proven experience designing scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration and custom development
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of security models, OAuth, SAML, and SSO integration
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
