Salesforce Developer

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration

• Build and enhance Lightning Web Components for responsive and user-friendly UI

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, controllers, batch jobs, and integrations

• Work extensively on Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Queues, Omni-Channel, CTI, and Knowledge

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, security, and scalability

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce tools

• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development standards

• Support production issues and provide ongoing system enhancements
