Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development & Customization

• Develop and maintain applications and components within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Write, enhance, and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and high-quality development outputs.

Security & User Management

• Maintain and manage user roles and permissions to ensure secure access and prevent data security breaches.
• Monitor system usage and proactively identify potential security vulnerabilities.

Testing, Troubleshooting & Deployment

• Verify, test, and deploy programs, components, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across Salesforce environments.
• Support deployment activities across sandboxes and production environments.

Documentation & Reporting

• Create and maintain technical documentation for development work, configurations, and deployment processes.
• Provide documentation for reference, knowledge sharing, and audit requirements.

Collaboration & Working Hours

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including administrators, business users, and QA teams.
• Working hours follow general shift: 2 PM to 10 PM.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Good coding and debugging skills in Apex and LWC.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Lightning Web Components.
• Strong troubleshooting and deployment knowledge.
