Job Description
- 7+ years Salesforce and 4+ years LWC hands-on development experience is a must.
- 4+ years of experience on Sales and Service Cloud.
- Strong experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices including code versioning, deployment, and security.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components for various Salesforce applications.
- Review, identify, and prioritize technical and delivery risks; develop a mitigation plan.
- Validate the technical architecture and assess impacts of new developments and enhancements.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Git deployment processes.
- Work closely with the project team to understand requirements and align application design with business goals.
- Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
- Stay updated on latest Salesforce technologies and incorporate them as needed.
- Provide technical support to end-users and ensure applications meet their needs.
- Participate in Agile development processes and provide regular status updates.
- Hands-on experience with complex integrations.
- Must have minimum PD1 Salesforce certification.
