Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize Salesforce standard objects and develop custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, and triggers.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), or AppExchange apps.
• Collaborate with admins, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, and participate in deployment activities.
• Maintain system integrity and security standards according to Salesforce best practices.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and platform enhancements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficient in Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, VS Code, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and API development.

Desirable Skills:

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience with Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience using CI/CD tools for Salesforce (e.g., Jenkins, Gearset, Copado).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
