Salesforce Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can take ownership of technical tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and other relevant technologies.
• Implement and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features as per business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Develop integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT to ensure the quality of solutions.
• Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, process automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and security models.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
