Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Customize Salesforce applications and create custom objects, fields, and workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes and requirements.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure the quality of the developed solutions before deployment.
• Provide support and training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce data models and data management tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration tasks and best practices.
• Ability to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
