Key Responsibilities:1. Data Migration and Management:

Execute data migration projects for Salesforce applications using Informatica, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure accurate and efficient transfer of customer data across multiple Salesforce instances.
Validate data integrity and address data quality issues before, during, and after migration, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards.
Utilize SQL, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, and other ETL tools to support complex data migration tasks.

2. Handling Sensitive Data:

Manage and implement data encryption, masking, and anonymization techniques to protect sensitive information during migration processes.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal security policies throughout all migration activities.

3. Salesforce Customization:

Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts to meet data migration requirements and streamline business processes.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and custom integrations to support data migration and integration tasks.
Design and customize Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor migration progress, data quality, and post-migration performance.

4. Integration and Automation:

Integrate Salesforce with external systems and databases using Informatica, APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware or integration tools.
Automate data migration workflows using Informatica tools and Salesforce Flow to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.

5. Customer Data Management:

Support customer management initiatives by ensuring the accurate, secure, and timely migration of customer data.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and Salesforce administrators, to understand customer data requirements and align them with business objectives.
Provide expert guidance on customer data management, data quality measures, and best practices within Salesforce environments.

6. Testing and Validation:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate data migration processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Conduct data reconciliation, quality assessments, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Document and report on testing outcomes, data migration results, and post-migration audits.

7. Documentation and Training:

Create and maintain detailed documentation of data migration processes, including mappings, transformations, and procedures using Informatica.
Provide training and support to team members and end-users on data migration tools, processes, and best practices.
Develop user guides and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure consistent use of Salesforce and Informatica tools.

8. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design migration solutions, and ensure project alignment.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and timelines.
Participate in project meetings, providing regular updates on migration progress, challenges, and issue resolutions.

Qualifications:Education:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

3+ years of experience in database migration, with a focus on Salesforce applications and handling sensitive data.
Proficiency in using Informatica (PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud) for data migration is required.
Experience with Salesforce data import/export tools, SQL, ETL processes, and data integration methodologies.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in data migration tools and techniques, particularly Informatica, and familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration methods.
Strong experience with Salesforce customization, including Apex development, Salesforce Flow, and Lightning components.
Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms, and experience automating processes within Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
Informatica certifications (e.g., Informatica Cloud Data Integration Certification).
Relevant certifications in data management, migration, or related areas.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
