Salesforce Business Analyst with LOS

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Business Analysis: Lead and execute end-to-end business analysis activities for Salesforce implementations, covering the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders for Salesforce solutions, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
• LOS Expertise: Apply mandatory experience in LOS (Loan Origination System) to deeply understand and translate specific business needs within the lending domain into Salesforce capabilities.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Collaborate with technical teams to design optimal Salesforce solutions, contributing to configuration discussions and ensuring that proposed solutions meet documented requirements.
• Process Mapping & Optimization: Map current 'as-is' business processes and design future 'to-be' processes within Salesforce, identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring mutual understanding throughout the project.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Prepare UAT plans and scripts, and support business users during User Acceptance Testing, ensuring that the delivered solution meets their expectations.
• Training & Documentation: Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users, as well as preparing comprehensive user documentation.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and help resolve issues and defects during the development and testing phases, ensuring a high-quality end product.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience on Salesforce platform.
• Proven capability as an end-to-end Business Analyst.
• LOS (Loan Origination System) experience is mandatory.
• Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration capabilities.
