Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Description
1 Should be well versed with SFDC Sales Service cloud concept with 7 year of SFDC experience
2 Elicit document and validate business functional and system requirements from clinical operational and business stakeholders
2 Strong domain knowledge in healthcare workflows and Handson experience with Salesforce features data models and interoperability requirements
3 Document and communicate requirement changes risks dependencies and solution impacts clearly and timely Conduct requirement walkthroughs solution demos and readiness sessions for business users
4 Translate business needs into Salesforce Health Cloud configurations
5 Map functional requirements to Health Cloud and Salesforce platform capabilities identifying any gaps customizations or data model extensions
6 Support creation of user stories acceptance criteria process flows and feature documentation aligned with Health Cloud standards
7 Work onsite with cross functional clinical IT and administrative teams to guide them through requirement execution UAT cycles and solution validation
8 Participate in sprint ceremonies backlog refinement and coordination between pods onsite offshore for accurate delivery alignment
9 Proficient in requirements gathering process mapping user story creation and workflow documentation
10 Ability to analyze healthcare data and prepare dashboards reports for insights and decision making
11 Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
