Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend Salesforce-enabled improvements.
• Support Salesforce configuration and testing activities (UAT, functional testing).
• Assist in designing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other modules.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Document process flows, use cases, and user manuals for Salesforce applications.
• Provide user training and support adoption of new features and enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, developers, and third-party vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in Salesforce projects.
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in writing user stories, process documentation, and test cases.
• Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodology.
• Strong understanding of business processes like lead-to-cash, case management, and customer support workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce tools like Reports & Dashboards, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.
