Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for the overall architecture and service quality within the Case & Regulatory Risk Management Product Group. You will ensure that all architectural and technical designs align with enterprise platform and integration strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Roadmap Planning: You will shape the product roadmaps, defining the scope, prioritization, and timeframes for delivering capabilities and addressing any technical debt.
• Architectural Solutions: You'll produce architectural solutions that include technology and service design. This involves considering capacity management, security, software licensing, and aligning with enterprise architecture standards.
• Quality Assurance: You'll review and quality-assure artifacts to ensure the delivered solution meets both business and non-functional requirements. This also includes making sure it adheres to the strategic vision for the product group.
• Innovation: You will identify opportunities for product innovation, create design proposals, and drive quick wins that align with the product roadmap.
• Testing & Risk Management: You will support integration and functional testing to ensure solutions meet business and readiness criteria. This also includes identifying and responding to capacity, licensing, and security risks.
