Role Description:

Design and implement state-of-the-art technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Lead the architecture and high-level solution design across multiple Salesforce clouds.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, system analysts, and developers to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Make recommendations for long-term system enhancements and custom application implementations.
Manage complex deployments by coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions while minimizing total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the go-to expert for Salesforce architecture and system design.
Define and enforce architectural standards across Salesforce implementations.
Analyze and align enterprise architecture with Salesforce platform capabilities.
Oversee solution development and integration strategies.
Conduct code reviews and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards.
Influence key stakeholders and support critical architectural decision-making processes.
Ensure documentation, testing, deployment, and support activities are well-structured and executed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
8–10 years of relevant experience in software development and enterprise architecture.
Minimum of 5 years in a Salesforce Architect role.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other key platforms.
Proficiency with modern Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components, Einstein Analytics, and Salesforce Integration Patterns.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce development standards, Apex, Visualforce, and platform limits.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
