Salesforce Admin

 Job Description

MUST HAVES:

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration in SF Lightning
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Exposure to Apex programming
• Configuration experience
• Security experience (permission sets, profiles, roles, etc.)

PLUSSES:

• Automation experience
• Experience with Salesforce APIs
• CI/CD, Git, Git Hub, Git Hub experience

DAY-TO-DAY

This person will be working on the Red Hat internal support team assisting with the migration from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning. They are working towards an environment of minimal customization so looking for an administrator who can come in and help with configurations, data management, reporting, analytics, and security administration. Looking for someone who has:

• Knowledge of SF Security Model
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
• Understanding of SF Best practices and functionality
• Data management abilities (experience with Excel for data export, manipulation, and revert back into the system using data loader tools)
• Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
