Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, triggers, and configuration tools
• Design and implement scalable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations with external systems
• Work on Sales Cloud implementations and optimize existing business processes
• Support batch job development and manage platform customizations
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviews
• Provide support for CPQ, CPQX, or Zuora if applicable

Mandatory Skills:

• Apex, triggers, configuration, customization
• LWC and integration experience
• Experience with batch jobs and Sales Cloud

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to CPQ, CPQX, or Zuora
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification preferred
