Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Write and maintain complex Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages for custom business logic.
• Implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern, responsive interfaces.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party services.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce features to support business needs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure optimal performance of the Salesforce platform by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, errors, and other issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams, to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce using tools like Data Loader, and third-party integration tools.
• Maintain and support existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and debugging existing code.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards, such as role-based access control, field-level security, and data encryption.
• Provide training and support to end-users, creating user guides and documentation as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data models, security models, and platform limits.
• Experience with Salesforce integration (web services, APIs, middleware).
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language).
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, Ant Migration Tool, and Salesforce DX.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with source control tools (Git).
