Communities Heritage Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering product training on our in-house software solutions including HRMS and CRM, ensuring employees and clients gain strong functional and technical understanding of the systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on company-owned HRMS and CRM software
  • Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and user guides
  • Deliver onboarding training for new hires
  • Provide refresher and advanced training sessions as required
  • Coordinate with product, HR, and implementation teams to understand updates and features
  • Evaluate trainees' performance and share feedback with management
  • Address trainee queries and provide post-training support
  • Maintain training schedules and attendance records
