Sales Trainer

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and evaluating participant performance to enhance sales capabilities in the automobile industry. The role involves designing instructional materials, providing practical guidance, and maintaining training records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Needs Analysis: Identify training requirements by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of participants.
• Training Plan Development: Develop and implement training plans tailored to candidates' needs.
• Instructional Design: Utilize a variety of methodologies, techniques, learning tools, and practices to ensure effective training.
• Material Development: Develop or oversee production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
• Course Delivery: Deliver theory and practical sessions according to course structure and specified media.
• Participant Engagement: Counsel and motivate participants to improve performance.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate participants' performance, provide feedback, and suggest corrective actions.
• Reporting: Maintain MIS reports and records related to training programs.
• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
