Job Title: Sales Team Leader – US Process (B2B Voice)

Location: BKC, Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 6–8 Years

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA max

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: US Night Shift (Mandatory)

Job Summary

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales executives in a target-driven US B2B voice process. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving team performance, strengthening pipeline management, and ensuring high-quality customer engagement.

This position requires a strong leader who can coach from the front, support high-value deal closures, and consistently drive performance in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Assign sales targets and track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Conduct regular call monitoring, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
  • Coach and mentor team members through structured training and skill development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to improve conversion ratios
  • Monitor pipeline health, follow-ups, and forecasting accuracy
  • Support executives in closing high-value or strategic deals
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes
  • Analyze sales data and present performance reports to management
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Personally engage with clients when required for closures and escalations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 6–8 years of total sales experience
  • Minimum 3–4 years in a Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Sales role
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding team revenue targets
  • Experience in International / US Voice Process preferred
