Job Title: Sales Team Leader – US Process (B2B Voice)
Location: BKC, Mumbai (On-site)
Experience: 6–8 Years
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA max

Job Summary
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales executives in a target-driven US B2B voice process. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving team performance, strengthening pipeline management, and ensuring high-quality customer engagement.
This position requires a strong leader who can coach from the front, support high-value deal closures, and consistently drive performance in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Assign sales targets and track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Conduct regular call monitoring, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
- Coach and mentor team members through structured training and skill development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to improve conversion ratios
- Monitor pipeline health, follow-ups, and forecasting accuracy
- Support executives in closing high-value or strategic deals
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes
- Analyze sales data and present performance reports to management
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Personally engage with clients when required for closures and escalations

Qualifications & Experience

- 6–8 years of total sales experience
- Minimum 3–4 years in a Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Sales role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding team revenue targets
- Experience in International / US Voice Process preferred
