We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader for our gas detector division in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a deep understanding of gas detection technologies. This role involves leading a sales team, developing strategies to increase market share, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets for gas detectors in India.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-20 years of experience in sales management, preferably in industrial safety equipment or gas detection systems.
- Strong understanding of gas detection technologies and applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ITI/ Diploma/ BTech/ BE in Electronics/ Instrumentation
