We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader for our gas detector division in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a deep understanding of gas detection technologies. This role involves leading a sales team, developing strategies to increase market share, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets for gas detectors in India.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10-20 years of experience in sales management, preferably in industrial safety equipment or gas detection systems.
  • Strong understanding of gas detection technologies and applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ITI/ Diploma/ BTech/ BE in Electronics/ Instrumentation
