Job Description

The Sales Support Lead B2B Key Accounts plays a crucial role in managing corporate accounts ( contracts, billing updates, collection updates) for our preschool network. The role ensures smooth execution of B2B relationships through strong internal operational coordination and data-driven sales support.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain updated client profiles, pricing agreements contracts and child enrolment data in CRM systems.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on enrolments, revenue realization, and renewal forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling (e.g., new centers, extended hours, or learning programs).
  • Support invoicing and payment follow-ups in coordination with finance and center teams.

Process & Quality Management

  • Streamline workflows for B2B client interactions on boarding, feedback loops and renewals.
  • Standardize communication templates, reporting formats and documentation.
  • Standardize trackers on growth of accounts, invoicing and collections

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with marketing for client-specific events, communication campaigns, and brand activation
  • Provide feedback from clients to curriculum and operations teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage and allocate B2B leads within team members
  • Lease with finance team to ensure compliance from B2B teams, help with account reconciliations
