Job Description
- We are looking for candidates at SI EA CP BU, Sales Specialists – Partner Support, for portfolios of Protection & Automation, Medium Voltage Switchgear, and Power Systems.
- The candidate will work in the EA PRO CP BU Sales team as a Sales Specialist/Expert for Product Sales, Promotion, Business Development, and influencer networking across India.
- The role supports Regional Sales & Vertical Managers in facilitating business acquisition.
- Responsible for managing short- and medium-term opportunities.
- Expected to engage with stakeholders to drive opportunities, projects, and special initiatives.
- Will interact with End Customers, Consultants, and EPCs across various verticals like Utilities, Industries, Infra, Buildings, Healthcare, F&B, etc.
- Expected to identify early leads, influence customer requirements, and promote Siemens products to gain approvals.
- Will coordinate with Regional Sales & Vertical Managers for optimal sales approaches.
- Expected to collaborate with other BUs (e.g., EP, Buildings) to gain visibility of potential projects.
- Will manage all sales cycle stages and be responsible for financial targets (OI/TO).
- Expected to engage with HQ, PLM, and R&D to align on product strategies and improvements.
- Will create dashboards, product presentations, and comparison tools for internal use.
- Will align closely with Vertical Managers and contribute to vertical focus plans for key customers.
- Centrally responsible for planning and executing sales promotion activities for target customers and verticals.
- Will lead product campaigns, seminars, and customer engagement programs (online/offline).
- Responsible for periodic training for channel partners and internal teams, and organizing customer workshops.
- Will monitor centrally planned activities and ensure timely execution and enablement.
- The role demands strong product knowledge (PA & MVP), excellent networking, and high self-drive to meet objectives.
