Job Description

  • Drive sales of Oracle services and solutions within the assigned territory, focusing on both new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Leverage existing customer contacts and generate revenue within the first 30 days of joining.
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, qualification, account mapping, and customer presentations.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers across small, medium, and large enterprises.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including identifying, qualifying, selling, closing, and post-sales administration.
  • Execute account plans to meet quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and accurate forecasting.
  • Utilize Oracle's sales tools effectively for lead tracking, pipeline development, and forecasting.
  • Ramp up quickly on Oracle's Linux, Oracle VM, and support services to position and sell effectively within 2–3 weeks.
  • Deliver accurate business forecasts and maintain updated records in internal systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrate perseverance and a result-oriented approach to meet sales deadlines and targets.
