Job Description
- Responsible for servicing sites and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Provide technical support to sales officers and technical officers as required.
- Maintain and update specific formats regularly for sites as committed by the company.
- Execute work at assigned paint or waterproofing application sites according to defined timelines and agreed specifications.
- Interact and collaborate with relevant site stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and smooth execution is maintained.
- Address and resolve site-related complaints, coordinating with the Technologist as necessary.
- Ensure proper shade matching for paint products per client requirements and provide product knowledge.
- Provide site support services such as sampling and fore-site assistance to customers.
- Prepare and share DVR and other reports as required by the organization.
- Coordinate with painters for sampling purposes.
