Sales Relationship Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive sales targets through NBFC/Bank distribution partner branches
• Conduct training, ground engagement, and product launch initiatives
• Build strong relationships with branch and regional stakeholders
• Address and resolve process, service, and product issues on the ground

Job Requirements:

• Graduate degree preferred
• Experience in bancassurance or channel sales in insurance industry
• Strong interpersonal and sales management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively; no work-from-home option
