Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outlet Coverage: Visit 3–4 retail outlets per day as per the route plan.
  • Stock Replenishment: Ensure products are adequately stocked on shelves; coordinate with store staff for timely stock replacement.
  • Merchandising: Maintain high visibility of products through proper shelf display, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and in-store branding.
  • Planogram Adherence: Ensure product placement follows brand guidelines and planograms.
  • Retail Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
  • Reporting: Share daily visit reports, stock status, and visibility updates with the supervisor.
  • Market Feedback: Collect customer and retailer feedback on products and share insights with the sales/marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent (Graduate preferred)
  • Prior experience in sales promotion or merchandising is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of stock management
  • Eye for detail in product display
  • Familiarity with FMCG or retail industry practices
