Sales Growth & Strategy: Drive revenue growth for the assigned business unit within the target market by executing strategic sales plans.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team to achieve business unit objectives.
Publisher Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard online publishers (websites and apps) across content verticals such as news, education, sports, fashion, finance, and emerging channels.
Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate publisher requirements and align solutions to deliver long-term and sustainable value.
Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements in line with business goals.
Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and forecast a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems for the defined business unit.
Strategic Account Engagement: Stay actively involved with key strategic customers, removing roadblocks and ensuring successful long-term partnerships.
Market Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements for networking and business development.
Product Feedback: Provide actionable market feedback to product managers to support product evolution in the target market.
Marketing Localization: Collaborate with the central marketing team to localize marketing strategies and campaigns for the target market.
Executive Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership to design and deploy growth strategies for the target market.
