sales officer/Asst Manager-CASA

Key Responsibilities:

• Open Current and Savings Accounts by sourcing new customers through field activities.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Conduct on-ground sales efforts including cold calls, door-to-door marketing, and lead follow-ups.
• Provide prompt and professional service to customers, ensuring smooth account onboarding and KYC compliance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Education: Any degree (mandatory)
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales (preferably in banking, financial services, or field sales roles)
• Skills: Strong communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills
• Age & Gender: Open to all candidates
• Work Style: Comfortable with fieldwork and performance-based incentives
• Location: Must be open to working in any of the designated areas across Chennai
