Sales Officer - Agri Business

Key responsibilities

• Sales and promotion: Promote and sell agricultural products to farmers, retailers, and distributors.
• Territory management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a sales territory, and ensure product stock availability.
• Customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and retailers through regular visits and communication.
• Product education: Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Customer support: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns or complaints, and resolve issues like product complaints or delivery problems.
• Sales planning: Plan and execute sales strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
• Reporting and administration: Maintain accurate sales records, submit regular reports, and coordinate with internal departments for support.
