Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers in person and via phone to ensure strong relationships.
  • Achieve profitable sales by effectively negotiating with farmers and clients.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to payment timelines.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Make appointments with potential customers and conduct face-to-face meetings to expand client base.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable products or solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in agricultural products or related sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions and maintain records accurately.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
