Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers in person and via phone to ensure strong relationships.
- Achieve profitable sales by effectively negotiating with farmers and clients.
- Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to payment timelines.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Make appointments with potential customers and conduct face-to-face meetings to expand client base.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable products or solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in agricultural products or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions and maintain records accurately.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
