Sales Manager:Sales-Unsecured Business_AFL

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Growth:

• Develop strategies to drive sales growth across secured business products.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and implement new sales initiatives.
• Monitor sales metrics and report performance to senior management.

Channel & Partner Management:

• Manage DSA and channel partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Operations & Compliance:

• Oversee login and disbursement processes for timely and accurate service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Product Knowledge & Team Development:

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Retail Finance products.
• Train and guide sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
• Coordinate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and customer service.
