•Identifying and executing local sales growth opportunities and expanding channel networks

•Building strong relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets

•Driving personal loan sales and managing DSA database to maintain a healthy sales pipeline

•Ensuring faster TAT through effective loan sanctioning and collaboration with internal stakeholders

•Implementing process improvements to enhance operational productivity

•Monitoring compliance with prescribed guidelines across unsecured transactions

•Managing sales volumes, value IRR, and supporting NPA recovery from customers

•Ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and maintaining service standards
