Sales Manager – Sales (Secured Business)

•Identify and execute sales growth opportunities at the local level and drive channel expansion

•Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships within the channel network

•Increase sales volumes for secured lending products and manage DSA database effectively

•Ensure faster turnaround time through coordination with internal stakeholders for loan sanctioning

•Implement process improvements to enhance operational productivity

•Ensure adherence to guidelines and compliance across all stages of business transactions

•Monitor portfolio performance and support recovery of NPA accounts

•Address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner

•Maintain strong client servicing standards and relationship management
