Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage midmarket and enterprise clients for Zoho SaaS solutions across target regions.
Pipeline Management:
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, with accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression.
Solution Selling:
- Understand client needs and tailor Zoho product solutions (CRM, Books, People, One, Begin, etc.) to match.
Pricing & Proposal Creation:
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals and pricing models based on client requirements and market dynamics.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Lead deal negotiations, handle objections, and drive timely closures to shorten the sales cycle.
Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
- Regularly update senior leadership on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with focus on ERP/CRM software.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho One, Zoho Begin, Zoho SalesIQ, etc.).
- Proven success in closing deals with midmarket and enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities.
- Ability to create custom pricing proposals and adapt to dynamic sales scenarios.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with B2B markets in North, Central, and East India is essential.
Compensation & Incentives:
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives + Quarterly Bonus for Target Achievement
