Job Description

  • Handle sales for the Gujarat market across polymer applications such as masterbatches, compounds, PVC pipes & fittings, films, wire & cable, composites, and allied sectors.
  • Identify and develop new clients in the polymer industry.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions and support.
  • Drive business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical assistance and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Job Requirements:

  • Any Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales of polymer additives such as Acrylic Processing Aids, MBS Impact Modifiers, etc., preferably in the Gujarat market.
  • Strong understanding of polymer applications and technical knowledge of additives.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
