Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for luxury fragrance products
  • Achieve individual sales targets across B2B, retail, and corporate gifting segments
  • Identify and onboard new clients including stores, boutiques, and premium retailers
  • Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Pitch products effectively to high-end clients with a focus on premium positioning
  • Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates regularly
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, delivery, and client servicing
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
