Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for retail loan products, including cross-selling opportunities.
  • Retain and expand the customer base to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Maximize sales by leveraging networks and strong client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients to support repeat and referral-driven business growth.
  • Ensure seamless processing of loan files from login to disbursement by coordinating with Operations and Credit teams.
  • Optimize productivity of the relationship manager team to achieve overall team performance targets and profitability goals.
  • Guide the team in on-ground lead generation activities to support sales growth.
  • Lead, supervise, and train the team to implement growth strategies through effective motivation and deployment.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights on market competition, processes, and products to the central product and policy teams to strengthen market positioning.
  • Ensure adherence to all Audit/RBI guidelines, company policies, processes, and reporting systems.
