Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for retail loan products, including cross-selling opportunities.
- Retain and expand the customer base to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Maximize sales by leveraging networks and strong client relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients to support repeat and referral-driven business growth.
- Ensure seamless processing of loan files from login to disbursement by coordinating with Operations and Credit teams.
- Optimize productivity of the relationship manager team to achieve overall team performance targets and profitability goals.
- Guide the team in on-ground lead generation activities to support sales growth.
- Lead, supervise, and train the team to implement growth strategies through effective motivation and deployment.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide insights on market competition, processes, and products to the central product and policy teams to strengthen market positioning.
- Ensure adherence to all Audit/RBI guidelines, company policies, processes, and reporting systems.
