Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead field sales operations, expand dealer networks, and drive revenue growth.

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience in 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler loans or automotive finance (NBFC/Fintech/Banking).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of 15–20 Sales Executives and 1 Team Manager (TM)
  • Drive dealer onboarding and expand the distribution network
  • Increase OTO penetration / market share
  • Monitor and improve sales productivity and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing and documentation processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and showroom partners
  • Conduct regular showroom visits and engage with sales staff
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Track team targets and ensure achievement
  • Identify and report market insights and competitor activities
  • Address concerns from dealers and field teams
  • Monitor closures and support team productivity
  • Track and clear PDD (Post Disbursement Documents)
  • Coordinate with collections team to manage early delinquencies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Mandatory: Experience in 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler loans or automotive finance
  • Proven experience in team handling and field sales management
  • Strong dealer/channel sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
