Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai (Charni Road)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may extend based on business needs)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Reporting To: Sales Director / Senior Management

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in B2B sales, team leadership, and client relationship management, preferably within the stainless steel or metals industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across domestic and export markets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, including performance tracking and training
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and automotive
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while ensuring compliance with company policies and export regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, operations, finance) for seamless order execution and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and presentations for senior management
- Monitor key performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue per client, and pipeline growth
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
- Track market trends, including LME pricing fluctuations, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and a customer-centric approach
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Preferred experience in the stainless steel or metals industry (knowledge of grades like 304, 316 is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an advantage
