Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert leads for co-working spaces through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable workspace solutions including private offices, shared desks, and meeting rooms.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Close deals using strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.
