Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales for automotive components and four-wheeler spare parts in the aftermarket segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanics, workshops, garages, and distributors to generate sales leads.
  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Recruit new sales team members and support onboarding processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand market trends and customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business expansion and market penetration.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for improving sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance against regional targets.
