Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and enquiries through company-assigned sources and other proactive methods.
- Client Relationship Management: Handle client queries, understand requirements, build strong relationships, and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Sales & Deal Closure: Sell residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring timely closure and recovery of payments.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on existing and upcoming real estate developments; stay updated on relevant property laws and market trends.
- Property Marketing: Promote residential and commercial projects effectively to potential clients.
- Client Meetings & Site Visits: Attend client meetings and conduct property inspections to present options effectively.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate client and property databases for efficient tracking and reporting.
- Reporting & Monitoring: Track deals at various stages and report progress to management.
- Business Development & Intelligence: Develop and maintain market intelligence to understand market trends and client needs.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual business targets individually and as a team.
