Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end student admission cycle including prospecting, understanding needs, counselling, and admission closing, driving revenue growth via B2C and B2B2C channels.
- Make fresh calls, follow-ups, and feedback calls using provided database or self-collected data.
- Take appointments with Principals and provide briefings about products.
- Communicate effectively with leads to ensure a smooth path to closure.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate empathy, a caring attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Maintain excellent communication throughout the process.
