Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Generation: Identify and acquire new accounts, expand market share, and penetrate existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Customer Negotiation & Deal Closure: Conduct effective negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Operational Benchmarking: Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with internal teams and implementing best practices for service delivery.
  • Revenue Management: Drive initiatives to improve revenue churn, timely billing, and collections.
  • Team Leadership & Brand Enhancement: Plan, monitor, and motivate the sales team to achieve goals. Enhance the company's brand image with both new and existing clients through professional engagement and service excellence.
  • Market Development: Increase customer base by exploring new business opportunities and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Innovation & Creativity: Suggest and implement creative solutions to improve sales, processes, and customer experience.
