Job Description
Achieve branch sales targets through monthly initiatives and campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank officials at the branch level.
Promote sales and achieve targets related to new business, renewal persistency, and enhancing the company's brand image within the assigned branch cluster.
Schedule appointments, conduct meetings, and gradually close sales calls.
Identify and recruit potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors.
Drive business targets through Insurance Advisors by providing guidance and support.
Coach and train advisors to improve productivity and performance.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Organize competitions and manage club memberships to motivate the sales team
