Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Opportunity Identification: Qualify prospects, evaluate their position in the industry, and analyze sales transactions to identify new opportunities.
- Sales & Relationship Management: Establish contact with prospects, develop relationships, and recommend appropriate Signzy product solutions.
- Client Support & Guidance: Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on KYC and onboarding compliance processes.
- Market & Product Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify product improvements or new offerings.
- Reporting & Documentation: Collect, analyze, and summarize information to prepare reports for management and sales strategy planning.
- Quality & Standards Maintenance: Ensure high-quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Professional Development: Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, educational sessions, networking, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
